Processing Times

All items are handmade with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been sent.

Shipping Rates

• Economy Shipping (3–6 business days): Calculated at checkout.
• Free Economy Shipping on all orders $29+ (U.S. only).
• Upgraded Shipping options (such as Priority Mail) may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, holidays). Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, Beads and Glimmer is not responsible for delays.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned, buyers may request reshipment at their expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund items that are lost or stolen. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently only ship within the United States. (If you decide to ship worldwide later, we can expand this section.)
