Refund policy
We want you to love your order! Because our items are handmade, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
How to report an issue
Email beadsandglimmer@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and the shipping box (including any damage)
- A brief description of the issue
Please do not send anything back until we approve the return—packages sent without approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, if the issue is on us, a prepaid label. Refunds are only issued for approved returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (your bank or card may take longer to post). If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email us at beadsandglimmer@gmail.com.

Cancellations & address issues
- Orders may be canceled until they are fulfilled.
- We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Handmade disclaimer
Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, bead placement, or finish are normal and part of the charm—not defects.
